About the role As a Senior Business Development & Technical Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner ecosystem. You will identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with technology providers, ensuring seamless integrations that create value for our customers. This role requires a mix of business development expertise and technical acumen—you should be comfortable discussing APIs, software solutions, and go-to-market strategies with both executives and developers. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop & Manage Partnerships – Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic technology partnerships that align with our business objectives.
  • Evaluate Solutions – Assess potential partners’ software, APIs, and integration capabilities to ensure technical and business fit.
  • Drive Integrations – Collaborate with product and engineering teams to facilitate integrations and ensure smooth technical execution.
  • Negotiate Agreements – Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including revenue-sharing models, co-marketing opportunities, and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Market & Scale – Work closely with marketing and sales teams to launch and scale partner-driven solutions.
  • Monitor Performance – Track partnership success, optimize performance, and drive adoption of integrated solutions.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem development in an enterprise software environment.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to evaluate software solutions, understand APIs, and think strategically about integrations.
  • Pipeline Management: Proven track record of identifying, structuring, and executing technology partnerships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align partnerships with business goals and create long-term value.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and structure complex deals with technology providers.
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
