What You’ll Do
As a Senior BDR, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth by focusing on:
- Outbound Prospecting (70%): Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to spark new opportunities.
- Inbound Lead Management (30%): Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and turn interest into customers.
- Client Relationships: Build trust and rapport with clients, becoming their go-to for staffing solutions.
- Pipeline Development: Keep your sales pipeline healthy and moving by consistently identifying and engaging prospects.
- Collaboration: Work with our team to develop and refine sales strategies that meet (and exceed) targets.
- Tracking & Reporting: Use CRM tools to stay organized and provide regular updates on your performance.

There with be a three-month probationary period to evaluate competence. You will be a 1099 contractor instead of a W-2 employee (for now).
