The Role:

This is a great opportunity to join Kriya’s Commercial team focusing on closing merchants with an annual turnover of £5-£20m, with scope to evolve into the enterprise segment with time. 

We are looking for an experienced consultative sales professional, who understands B2B merchants' needs for working capital and BNPL solutions and has a track record of closing deals from multiple industries, consistently achieving sales targets. You should be excited about joining a lean sales team and being involved across the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering against specified targets on a monthly and quarterly basis 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication and presentation skills, able to think on their feet and problem solve. 
  • Review incoming leads and inquiries to assess their potential value to the organisation. 
  • Engage  with CEO’s and CFO’s of SME and Mid-Market businesses in the UK, building a strong business case for the use of Kriya’s platform
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team including Legal, Marketing, Operations and Risk to deliver the best solutions for clients. 
  • Drive new business generation through referrals and relationship-building
  • Attend external events and networking opportunities as well as host them. 

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales at enterprise level
  • Prior experience in a SaaS-based sales environment or a technical financial services sales process
  • A strong track record of consistently high-performing in a revenue-generating role. 
  • Great verbal and written communication skills 
  • Reliable, determined and tenacious 
  • Data-driven with strong analytical, numeracy and research skills
  • You work hard and are passionate about achieving great results
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, mission-led environment. 
  • You are excited by the challenge of revolutionising business finance
