We are transitioning fast to commercialisation and require an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.

Who we’re looking for

For an exceptional candidate who is passionate about the world of startups, technology and climate, this is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible long lasting difference. Initially you’ll drive forward and support the implementation of the Go-To-Market Strategy – starting with proof of technology agreements around specific products. You’ll:

  • Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities

  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook

  • Help to develop R&D collaborations, joint development agreements and strategic commercial partnerships.


How you operate:

  • Passionately interested in Tech and bringing innovative products to market.

  • Self-motivated, take initiative, and ambitious with the drive and strong desire to progress within a sales organization

  • Strong communicator and storyteller, natural networker and persuasive with adept negotiation and deal-making skills

  • Quick learner able to rapidly gathering data and information and then skilfully (using deep analysis and reasoning) distil into impactful persuasive pitches.

  • Super organised, methodical and rigorous - always seeking new and innovative ways to solve problems.

  • Thrive in a high-paced, small and growing environment.

  • Happy operating remotely, taking ownership and comfortable with tons of ambiguity
