About the Role The Starknet Foundation is looking for a Senior Business Development Lead to take on one of the most impactful roles in the organisation. You’ll be joining at a pivotal time—helping shape our global BD strategy, leading major enterprise and strategic partnerships, and playing a key role in scaling the Starknet ecosystem. This role is ideal for a senior operator with a sharp strategic mind, an exceptional network, and a strong track record of closing complex, high-impact deals. You’ll work closely with leadership, influencing how Starknet engages with some of the most important players in web3 and beyond. How You Can Make an Impact ○ Lead the full lifecycle of major corporate and enterprise partnerships—from sourcing and negotiation to integration and relationship management. ○ Own and oversee the global BD pipeline, generating leads both independently and through your network. ○ Act as a senior representative of the Foundation in meetings, negotiations, and ongoing partner relationships. ○ Coordinate closely with Starknet leadership to align BD priorities with broader strategy and ecosystem goals. ○ Perform deep market analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that inform high-level decision-making. ○ Represent the Foundation at industry events, conferences, and panels to build visibility and forge new strategic relationships. ○ Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Legal, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution of strategic partnerships. Who You Are ○ Accomplished business development leader with a strong track record in high-level deal-making, particularly in web3, fintech, or adjacent industries. ○ Proven ability to independently generate and close transformative partnerships with limited oversight. ○ Deep network across relevant sectors—Founders, investors, corporates, developers—and the ability to activate those connections. ○ Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into concrete action. ○ Technically fluent enough to speak to integrations at a high level and work cross-functionally with product and legal teams. ○ Confident and persuasive communicator, able to adapt messaging to a variety of audiences. ○ Highly analytical and outcome-driven, with strong judgment and prioritisation skills. ○ Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape the future of decentralised infrastructure.
