  • A seasoned professional with proven track record of Business development/Pre-Sales in IT Solution/Services space with relevant experiences in healthcare and Lifesciences vertical. Responsibilities: Product Engineering Services - Proven track record of selling Product Engineering services for IT services space (Modern Application Development, DevOps, Micro-services, Agile Consulting & implementation Services etc.) Analyse the client needs in a consultative approach and determine the technologies and services to be offered. Business & Technical Solution Development - Responsible for preparing winning strategy for proposals/presentations and develop comprehensive responses across proactive opportunities and formal RFPs, RFQs & RFIs. Anchor the deliverables along with estimations/pricing in consultation with Sales, practice, Delivery, Finance, Legal & Delivery Excellence. Play an active role in evangelizing the company offerings & solutions for stated/unstated customer needs during customer interactions/visits. Technical Knowledge: Aptitude for understanding technical information with the interest to keep building on that knowledge to stay ahead of the curve. Proficiency with MS excel, MS PowerPoint and other necessary skills to create and deliver impactful client presentations. People Management – Ability to make independent decisions and delegate responsibility and duties. Nurture team members, and enable to ask relevant questions, get clarifications. Ability to think logically, analyse situations and make appropriate decisions. Stakeholder Management – Work in close collaboration with Practice Head, Vertical Heads, and multiple internal teams globally in solutioning, and development of proposals. Adhere to Pre-sales process and metrics and provide timely update to senior management. Participate in handover to delivery team.
