As Moneybox continues to grow and mature, so do the internal business challenges and opportunities for us to solve. This is an internal business consultancy role within the Change department which partners with stakeholders and leaders to solve business problems across Moneybox, as well as owning activities that sit with us as a central business function.
You and a junior analyst will support leaders to identify and solve problems, often through establishing frameworks or ways of working, performing complex analysis, writing reports and documents, creating cross-functional processes, and flexibly solving business challenges in whatever way is needed. This is an internally-focused role, but interacts regularly with customer-facing Product and Engineering teams as part of refining ways of working or on specific projects.
You will also become an expert in activities we run centrally for the business, including our central project prioritisation and resourcing cycles, incident management, business continuity, and governance committees.
The role is varied, fast paced, and will continue to evolve as Moneybox does. You will work primarily with Executives and Directors, as well as stakeholders from all areas and levels of the organisation. You will be able to build detailed and wide-ranging knowledge of Moneybox and our customers, and leverage this when solving business and process problems.
We’re looking for someone ideally from a consulting background who is interested in a role focused on internal solutions, building deep knowledge, partnering and collaborating cross-functionally, and establishing and running processes which help the business achieve great outcomes.

- Manage a junior analyst, advising them on their work and supporting them with their development
