- Understanding the requirements of the project from the Product Owner perspective and designing suitable solutions
- Leading both functional and technical teams
- Drafting detailed functional documentation about processes to be used as a guide by the Technical Team to develop the requirements
- Validate results deployed in Production Environment to make sure that the developments meet the Product Owner needs
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Participating in ongoing Agile Ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospective)
- Taking responsibility of the weekly meetings with senior management to present latest updates, blockers, and future steps of the project
- Deliver results on time
- Escalating problems, stoppers, or dependencies at the right moment
Mandatory Candidate Requirements
- Economics, Business Adm. or related financial knowledge
- Previous experience in business analysis and leading projects
- Experience with Financial statements, CIB Business and accounting. Main KPIs and performance metrics
- English proficiency: daily communication with different geographies: London, Asia, US, among others
- High level Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Power Point, Word
- Advanced data analytics skills
Desirable skills (not mandatory)
- Experience in programming languagues (preferable Python)
- Experience in writing SQL queries
