About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst- Risk, you will work on improving the reporting tools, methods, and processes of the team you are assigned to. You will also create and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics critical for tracking and managing the business. You will manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically, prioritising them when necessary. You will actively engage with internal partners throughout the organisation to meet and exceed customer service levels and transport-related KPIs. You will brainstorm simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, and seamlessly manage projects under your purview. You will maintain excellent relationships with our users – and in fact, advocate for them – while keeping in mind the business goals of your team.
What you will do
- Conduct advanced risk analytics to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks within the organization's financial services operations.
- Develop and implement risk prediction models and methodologies to forecast potential risks and their impact on business performance.
- Perform risk profiling to assess the risk tolerance level of various business units and portfolios
- Lead efforts in automating key risk metrics and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data strategy initiatives aimed at optimizing risk management practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making processes related to risk management.
What you will need
- B.Tech/M.Tech in any discipline
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Risk Domain
- 2+ years Hands on Experience in Python (must-have)
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (must-have)
- Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts
- Proven problem-solving skills
