Summary:
Nagarro Digital, Fashion/Beauty business unit is looking for experienced (10+ years) Business Analyst specialized retail/CPG industry. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver innovative products that enhance our brand, enhance consumer experience and drive business growth You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design and implement the successful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
Product Roadmap: Design Thinking or innovative thinking while conducting workshops with stakeholders to groom the product thinking. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and milestones. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer service, and design) to gather and document detailed product requirements. Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and usability studies to understand user needs and preferences.
Agile Product Development: Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items. Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to facilitate smooth product development processes.
Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Coordinate product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales training, and customer support. Develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful execution to maximize product adoption and revenue.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics. Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve the product. Identify and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates. Communicate product status, progress, and priorities to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
Sales and Distribution: Experience with e-commerce platforms and omnichannel strategies. Knowledge of sales strategies and retail partnerships. Understanding of supply chain management and logistics in the beauty industry.
Customer Experience and Engagement: Skills in enhancing customer experience and loyalty. Expertise in customer feedback mechanisms and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Experience with community building and managing customer relationships
