We are currently looking Senior Business Analyst/ QA Engineer for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Educational Qualifications:
• University graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering or any other related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree in Management/ Technology any other related discipline will be an added advantage. Engineering or any other related technical discipline.
• Master’s degree in Management/ Technology any other related discipline will be an added advantage.
Experience:
• 7-10 years of total experience in financial services/banking industry, entailing responsibilities pertaining to the specific area of discipline.
• Previous experience in Business Analysis and digital/ data-driven projects.
• 7 to 12 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing in financial domain
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, strategies, and objectives to align analysis with organizational goals.
• Documentation: Ability to document requirements, processes, and findings clearly and comprehensively.
• Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the banking domain.
• Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles to coordinate tasks and timelines effectively.
• Critical Thinking: Capacity to evaluate information objectively and make informed decisions based on evidence and logic.
