Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Mindera. As a Business Analyst in our Fashion Tech division, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and innovation within the fashion industry.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. You will conduct analysis, identify potential pain points, and propose optimized solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.


You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be a champion for exceptional digital experiences for our client's customers and have a focus on quality, ensuring the delivery aligns with the needs of the business.


National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organisational needs: 15%- 25% estimated.

Requirements

Business Analyst should possess a range of skills and abilities that enable them to understand business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that align with the goals of the organisation. Some of the key abilities that a Business Analyst should have include:

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of Business Analyst experience within Retail or eCommerce ecosystems.
  • Proven experience with large-scale eCommerce migrations and or ecosystems
  • Proven understanding of end-to-end commerce ecosystems and technology, from customer to fulfilment & delivery.
  • Experience working in a highly agile environment and the ability to adapt to quickly changing priorities.

Other Experience:

  • Experience in other large eCommerce ecosystems. e.g. Financial services, Gaming, or Retail Supply Chain & Logistics.
  • Experience leading or being involved in change management processes, in particular technology changes that impact people and business operations.
  • Experience improving efficiency through streamlining processes improving business or operations objectives.

Key Skills:

  • Analytical:  Must be a structured thinker and have experience analysing and defining as-is and to-be business processes within an eCommerce domain.
  • Communication: should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Problem-solving: should be able to identify and solve complex business problems using critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Technical: must have an appreciation for eCommerce technologies as well as the ability to work with developers and other technical stakeholders.
  • Business knowledge: Must understand how eCommerce businesses operate, both from a customer and internal perspective.   
  • Organisational: should be able to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines, while also maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal: should be able to work well with others, build relationships, and collaborate with various technical, business and non technical stakeholders.

Overall, a Business Analyst should be a well-rounded individual with a combination of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to successfully navigate the complex world of business analysis.
