Senior Business Analyst (Hybrid Working)

The Team

Talent Search builds products that help hirers discover and connect with candidates. We are a product-led engineering team of 18, working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Our team operates using Agile methodologies and an OKR framework, with regular stand-ups and team meetings to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows. This position does not include direct reports.

The Role

The Senior Business Analyst role within our technology organisation contributes towards Business Analysis and Iteration Management activities, within a cross-functional, agile, multi-disciplinary team. It is a key role that will drive day-to-day engagement and leadership within the team to facilitate the delivery of agreed team goals as well as align team’s tailored ways of working with SEEK Culture.

This role is pivotal in driving the success of our products and ensuring we meet our strategic goals, ensuring engineering delivery aligns with product vision. We offer opportunities for professional development and career growth within a supportive and innovative company culture.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large technology delivery teams.
• Proven ability to lead and drive the development of delivery solutions in partnership with technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to address complex problems and develop innovative, effective solutions.
• Strong skills in delivery and project planning, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in using Jira for capturing work, managing projects, and tracking progress.

Nice to haves:

• Active involvement in Agile/BA communities
• Background in facilitating workshops and leading Agile ceremonies
