Role Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst, you have expertise in bringing data together and developing sharp insights to improve the operational and financial performance of the business. You are a strong written and verbal communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally with senior leadership, diverse stakeholders and teams. You are curious, analytically minded, and action oriented. You are responsible for instrumenting, measuring, and analyzing our user acquisition and engagement. You work with business leaders to help them see the business from every angle, and serve as a role model to junior team members.
Our goal as a team is to provide the tools and foundational elements to support the business’s goal to maximize the lifetime value of every Pro who engages with HCP. We make a difference by facilitating the business as we partner to attract, keep and grow with Pros along their customer journey. We do this by optimizing their interactions with our go-to-market engines, and our monetary value capture along the way via pricing and packaging. Our team is passionate, empathetic, hard working, and above all else focused on improving the lives of our service professionals (our Pros). Our success is their success.

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $88,000-$110,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
