About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the critical bridge between the Product Owner in the Netherlands and the technical team in Sri Lanka. In close collaboration with the Product Owner and UX Designer, you will define and shape the requirements for selected modules and features within the application.
You will take full ownership of the user stories your team works on, ensuring they are comprehensive, actionable, and aligned with overall business priorities. By guiding the team in refining these user stories, you will ensure they are development-ready and meet the necessary quality standards.
Throughout the development process, you will act as the team’s primary point of contact for functional queries, providing clarity, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment with the project’s goals. Additionally, you will work closely with the Product Owner to track development progress, verify priorities, and ensure that all deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
