We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst who is a native Russian speaker, fluent in English, with extensive experience in the eCommerce domain.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for eCommerce solutions.
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

eCommerce Expertise:
- Lead the design and implementation of eCommerce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for eCommerce-related issues, providing recommendations and best practices.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure the platform meets functional and performance requirements.

Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions with business stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes.

Project Support:
- Assist in project planning, task prioritization, and timeline management.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within scope, time, and budget.
- Participate in testing, validation, and go-live activities for the eCommerce platform.

Communication and Documentation:
- Maintain clear and concise communication with stakeholders in both Russian and English.
- Prepare comprehensive business and functional documentation, including requirement documents, user guides, and test plans.
- Native Russian speaker with full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years working in eCommerce domains.
- Proven experience in leading eCommerce implementations and supporting large-scale, multi-channel projects.

Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of eCommerce business models (B2B, B2C), product lifecycle management, and customer journeys.
- Familiarity with system integration methods such as REST APIs, web services, and third-party plugins.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across teams and regions.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with other eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
- Previous experience working in global, distributed teams.
