We are looking for a "Senior Business Analyst" who will take part in the analysis and maintenance support services of mobile applications for the digital participation bank.
Job requirements
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
*Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within Participation Banking or Fintech sectors
*Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
*Ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver projects in line with defined timelines
*Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban
*Ability to guide research, testing, and validation processes based on business requirements
*Skilled in analyzing business needs specific to participation banking and designing processes accordingly
*Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to shape all project phases accordingly
*Proven experience in digital banking and/or fintech projects
