This isn’t your just your average BA role….reporting into the End to End Change Manager you be will a part of Contact’s Retail business era of growth; we’re dialling up our focus on innovation, experiences and brand while developing market leading capabilities in data and operational performance to achieve our aspiration of delivering “Simple, Personalised Experiences – powered by Energy”.
To achieve this ambitious growth, we’re fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration and we’ve invested in setting up an Agile Value Stream operating model for all the teams that contribute to selling products and services to Contact’s customers.
The purpose of this hands-on role is to act as the link between initiative owners, business stakeholders and the delivery teams, as well as providing support and mentoring to other members of the analyst community, ensuring the initiative owner’s vision is translated into a meaningful set of requirements ready for delivery and priority initiatives are supported through to completion and operation.

Our preference is to have candidates located close to our offices in Wellington and Auckland, or be willing to be based there initially to develop a deeper understanding of the business and establish the key relationships.
