Must Have Ability to gather and document clear requirements from stakeholders such that nuances are captured accurately. Attention to detail, ability to articulate without ambiguity. Strong time management and organizational skills Experience in Agile implementation Problem solving and analytical skills Effective co-ordination and stakeholder management-Establish engagement cadence with stakeholders to ensure that they are informed and part of the decision-making process, as required Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and demands under pressure Proactively learn and understand the system Ability to conduct UAT and demos Should have Atleast 7 years experience Worked in Financial services Working knowledge of SQL ADO, Jira, Conflence, Excel
