We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst at Blink Health, you will play a key role in analyzing complex business problems and translating them into clear and actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support business decision-making.
  • Perform data analysis and interpretation to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems, and provide ongoing support and training as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with project management tools is a plus.
