Senior Brand Marketer, Shopify Supply

As Shopify Supply’s Marketing Program Manager, you will be part of the Brand & Audience Expansion team to drive brand affinity and expand our fan base through product and platform development of Shopify Supply. You’ll have the opportunity to design and develop highly share-able physical products that resonate with Shopify fans and superfans, from merchants to developers; and the opportunity to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns to amplify our products.

This role does not have direct reports, but works alongside a team member and works closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identifies and executes new product opportunities, from merch to limited edition collaborations, to reach new and returning Supply customers
  • Develops and executes marketing campaigns, from emails to Shop Campaigns, to drive Supply launches and orders
  • Manages projects from pitch to final delivery across various workstreams, from product development (eg. sampling, production) to go-to-market planning (eg. site, seeding, social)
  • Partners closely with cross-functional teams (eg. Creative, Social, Operations); and manages cross-functional stakeholders
  • Manage and owns external vendor relationships, from merchant collaborators to manufacturers to fulfillment partners
  • Contributes to and shapes the Shopify Supply program strategy and roadmap
  • Experience in D2C R&D and/or ecommerce
  • Experience with the Shopify platform (bonus)
  • Deep knowledge of sampling and product development/production processes
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies
  • Self-driven with a high degree of ownership, business acumen, and creative risk-taking
  • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional planning/project management skills 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and have demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas
  • Fluent in fandoms and in tune with consumer trends/trend-setting
