The role

At Mention Me, we're on a mission to revolutionise the way brands approach marketing. Our focus is advocacy-first, believing that authentic brand advocacy is the cornerstone of sustainable growth. As a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a pivotal role in bringing this mission to life through compelling visual storytelling and creative brand experiences.

Reporting to the Brand Design Manager and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product and wider teams, you will have a chance to work on a broad cross section of design projects and media including digital, web, print and motion. This role is ideal for an all-rounder who can conceptualise as well as design, and thrives on tackling any type of creative challenge thrown at them, offering a unique opportunity to influence the perception of our brand and shape the future of marketing.

What you'll do:

  • You will maintain and evolve the company's visual identity and brand asset library
  • You will ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables and communication channels
  • You will translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives and design concepts that elevate our brand presence and resonate with our audience
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives and marketing strategies into creative design solutions
  • You will provide creative direction and guidance for brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives to ensure cohesive brand experiences
  • You will design engaging contents across digital and traditional channels, including websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and event collateral
  • You will inspire other designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team
  • You will stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes

We'd really like to hear from you if:

  • You have 8+ years of experience working across both digital and print, partnering closely with marketing teams
  • You have a strong portfolio, showcasing your creative vision and demonstrating clean and modern visual languages across digital and traditional channels
  • You have a deep understanding of brand strategy, design principles and visual storytelling, and are bursting with ideas
  • You are excellent at problem solving, no matter how big or small
  • You understand print production and artwork specifications 
  • You are highly skilled in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • You have a good understanding of AfterEffect, and are able to collaborate with motion designer(s) where appropriate
  • You can confidently present design solutions to senior stakeholders, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively
  • You have strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You are an awesome team player who believes that we succeed together!
