Senior Brand Campaign Manager (m/f/x)

The role

As a Senior Brand Campaign Manager at HelloFresh, you will be part of our International team based in Berlin. You will play a crucial role in delivering highly creative, multi-market, 360, multi-million investment campaigns that play a defining part in shaping the identity of HelloFresh Group brands. As a household name and a category leading brand, HelloFresh has the opportunity to play a role in defining popular culture, defining food trends and making campaigns that reach millions of people all over the world in 16 markets.  

We’re looking for a passionate brand marketeer who can spar with creative teams, bring the best out of agency partners and collaborate with local marketing teams to bring the very best integrated campaigns to life. You’ll bring cross-channel knowledge to help deliver the most creative formats for each media channel, a customer-first mindset and a bias for action to deliver our biggest campaigns of the year.

What you’ll do

  • Support on 360 brand campaigns and other brand initiatives, steering cross-functional teams across 16 markets and all HelloFresh group brands
  • Reporting to the Associate Director, Brand Campaigns - support end to end for campaign development from creative briefing through to creative development, channel plans and post campaign evaluation
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders such as paid media, creative operations, project managers, brand management and  consumer insights to define processes to ensure campaigns are of the best quality and delivered on time Become an expert in media channels adhering to best practices to maximize the output of brand campaigns
  • Plan, facilitate and track continuous improvement within the campaigns team to ensure project timelines are met and projects stay on track
  • Support  the sharing of critical learnings among global and local stakeholders based on campaign and creative testing results

What you’ll bring

  • Relevant university degree in Marketing, Business or other related field of study
  • Passion for creating excellent creative work and shows strong creative judgment, you’re someone who stays on top of the latest best work in the industry and award winning campaigns
  • 6+ years experience in brand marketing, campaign project management roles or agency experience, Experience in working for high-growth tech, Food or FMCG brands are a plus
  • Hands-on experience with project managing cross-functional brand campaigns/initiatives from start to finish
  • Proven track record managing of cross-channel projects including experience in media planning or evaluating media plans to inform campaign development 
  • Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
  • Data driven, with experience of creative testing and campaign evaluation metrics 
  • Excellent  interpersonal skills and an ability  to influence and motivate people at all levels within a matrix organization 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter and a great communicator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
