We are seeking a proactive and passionate Senior BI Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and technical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience with BI tools and methodologies and is comfortable working with business partners from across the business to understand their needs and build out dashboards/scorecards–we work with Tableau, to provide insights for better decisions and self-serve for smarter operation.

Requirements
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain intuitive BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making and operational needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights to support business decisions.
- Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders and leadership, creating clear and compelling presentations.
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance the team's BI capabilities.
- Provide training and support to team members and clients.
- Prioritize multiple projects while still achieving deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with BI solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, user manuals, KPIs, data processes, and dashboards.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Having led a team of BI Analysts, or other data professionals.
- Exposure to the modern Data Stack (dbt, airflow, data catalog).
- Knowledge of Snowflake.
- Experience on Python or R.
- Be a self-starter that can deliver solutions and unique analysis autonomously.
- 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
- 6+ Years experience with modern analytics tools such as Tableau, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in scripting with SQL, extracting large sets of data, and design of ELT flows.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to embrace new technologies, applications and solutions, actively pursue professional growth.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Structured way of thinking with attention to detail.
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
- Ability to operate as the point of contact for the business partner.
- Hands-on experience with a collaborative version control system.
