Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using C#, SQL, Python, and other relevant technologies.
Implement and manage AWS serverless architecture to ensure scalability and performance.
Utilize CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, Jenkins, and Terraform to automate and streamline development processes.
Develop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript, React, and Angular.
Adhere to and advocate for software development best practices, principles, and architectural standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects on time and within budget.
Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of software applications.
Studies in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
Expertise in C#.
Proficiency in SQL.
Knowledge of Python is a plus.
Experience with AWS serverless architecture.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, and Terraform.
Experience with front-end development using JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.
Solid understanding of software development principles, architecture, and best practices.
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of software engineers (preferred).
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in the financial services industry or a related field is a plus.

In order to thrive in this role, you must have at least 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
