We are now looking for a Senior Backend Developer with a passion for GenAI, agent-based systems, and scalable backend development to join our Rebot team at Relex Solutions. Rebot team builds (Gen) AI-powered tools designed to automate and enhance decision-making across RELEX’s product suite. In this role, you will work on building and optimizing agentic workflows that enable Rebot to autonomously reason, retrieve information, and generate structured responses. You'll develop and deploy scalable AI-driven APIs, integrate LLMs and vector databases, and contribute to the backend infrastructure of Rebot. If you have frontend experience, you may also help build intuitive interfaces for users.

What you will be doing:

• Implement and optimize agentic workflows that improve Rebot’s autonomous reasoning and task execution.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services for Rebot (Python, FastAPI).
• Design and deploy APIs that integrate Rebot’s capabilities into RELEX's product suite.
• Optimize GenAI model inference for speed, cost, and quality (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, vector DBs).
• Ensure production-ready deployment of AI services with best practices in MLOps, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• (Optional, if skilled) Contribute to frontend development using React & TypeScript to improve Rebot’s user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and scale agent-based systems.

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Strong experience in Python backend development.
• Genuine interest in GenAI.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and LLMs in general.
• Experience in deploying and monitoring data pipelines (preferably on Azure). 
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud environments (Azure).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with agentic workflows and AI-powered automation.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript & React (if Rebot needs UI improvements).
• Experience with LLM monitoring, safety, and hallucination detection.
