About the Role
Figure is seeking an experienced Sr. B2B Marketing Manager to help us grow our Partner HELOC business. You’ll partner cross-functionally with our channel marketing team, revops, and sales to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Campaign Execution and Optimization
- Spearhead the strategy and execution of sophisticated marketing campaigns to reach defined B2B and B2B2C audiences and hit aggressive SQO targets
- Tactics such as email marketing, webinars, digital marketing, social media marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and event promotion and follow-up campaigns
- Identify and leverage optimal channels to reach key market segments
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to develop targeted, relevant messaging
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-backed optimizations
Sales Enablement and Collateral Management
- Partner closely with the sales team to develop and maintain marketing collateral, including for new products and upsell motions
- Ensure all messaging is consistent, compliant with industry regulations, technically accurate, and compelling!
- Adapt marketing materials to address specific customer segments and use cases
- Deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads to the enterprise sales team
- Implement lead scoring and nurturing workflows in Hubspot
What We Look For
- 6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
- 3+ years of experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially with standing up campaigns, processes, and attribution from scratch
- Financial technology, software, and B2B experience preferred; Mortgage Industry experience a plus!
- Proven experience in implementing and managing ABM strategies
- Problem solver, willing to get their hands dirty
- Understanding of marketing compliance requirements
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically
- Excellent attention to detail, follow through, and adequate sense of urgency
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately
Salary
- Compensation Range: $118,800 - $148,500
- 25% Bonus Target
- Equity stock options package
- This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
