You'll join a team working for one of the world's biggest investment banks. Your goal will be to lead the team and build effective test automation strategies and practices to set up highly performant and predictable pipelines and improve overall quality of technology stack.

- have enough object-oriented programming experience with 4+ years of experience in a similar role:
- Senior QA automation engineer
- Lead QA engineer
- Test Automation Lead, or Test Architect
- have solid experience in OOP, code build and packaging tools (Maven, Gradle), Spring, JUnit/TestNG, API testing tools, and at least one CI system (Teamcity, Jenkins, etc).
- have a proven track of delivering test automation solutions from scratch, both independently and leading a team
- have experience with Agile practices and ceremonies, or even a certification

- hands-on experience in test performance optimization
