What team will I be part of? You will be working in the Strategic Controlling team that ensures financial performance management, continuous financial reporting transformation, and various ad-hoc projects to the Eurofins CEO & CFO.
As a Senior Associate in Strategic Controlling, you will work on different topics, among which:
Financial performance management: Actively take part in the Group’s monthly performance analysis & management, explaining key deviations, proposing and tracking corrective action plans.
Eurofins CEO & CFO Projects: Collect and process internal (Finance, HR, Real Estate) as well as external data to answer monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc performance questions from Senior Management.
Financial reporting transformation: Design and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to track performance with Group Reporting team, and ensure Eurofins uses best-in-class financial templates and key metrics.

ARE YOU OUR KIND OF EXTRAORDINARY?
Your profile should combine solid analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as stellar interpersonal skills. You should have an appetite for understanding complex processes and working with a good level of autonomy.
Background: Experience in Financial Consulting or in FP&A roles within an international company.
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Sciences.
Languages: English proficiency is a must, as it will be your main language of communication. Other languages are highly appreciated.
Technical knowledge (IT): Very good knowledge of MS Office tools is required and, ideally, proficiency in data analysis, data visualisation, and reporting tools.
