Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Recruitment, to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for key positions within the company, developing sourcing strategies, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, recruitment expertise, and a strategic mindset.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from end to end, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for roles across various departments.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and manage expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback, and managing the interview process in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Team Support: Work closely with the recruitment team, sharing knowledge, mentoring junior recruiters, and contributing to overall team goals.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and recruitment technologies, sharing insights with the team to adapt strategies as needed.

Qualifications/ Experience/ Essential Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Experience managing relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices.
