Product Merchandising Senior Associate (L2)
When you shop online, do you have ideas about what makes for a good shopping experience? Can you identify what would make the shopping experience easier and smoother at Wayfair? Do you think about the product content that fuels those shopping experiences and how you could optimize it to improve the overall experience? If you can use data, creativity and attention to detail to figure out how to make a great ecommerce site even better, then we want to talk to you.
Wayfair is looking for a Product Merchandising Senior Associate to deliver a superior global ecommerce experience for both our customers shopping, and suppliers who sell their products on our platforms. In this role you will own a specific area of our huge product catalog and be responsible for its success, including how products are merchandised on site, and the structures and data that power our customer-facing features, using a combination of consumer analytics, digital strategy, and program management. You’ll become the subject matter expert in the merchandise that we sell and how our customers shop for it. You’ll constantly be evaluating and optimizing the front-end shopping experience at Wayfair, and the data structures that power them, and will serve as a crucial cross-functional partner to multiple teams, working together to develop and implement strategic improvements.
