We’re seeking a process oriented, passionate, and self-motivated individual to join the Global Partner Desk Platform and Partner Feedback team. This team is focused on central governance, collecting partner feedback, and tracking objectives and key results (OKR) progress across Global Partner Support (GPS). We coordinate with frontline execution, platform programs and cross-functional teams (analytics, journey create, etc.) to track progress against our OKRs and core KPIs. We also collect feedback from suppliers, identifying pain points and recommending change to drive best-in-class support to an ever-growing supplier base. As a member of this team, you will work at the core of our business: at the intersection between partners, support teams, and process/technology!

This equates to tracking our OKRs, Core KPIs, and key executive communication. You’ll play a role in the seasonal planning cycles, driving OKR creation and core KPI targets across the team. This role will also support additional projects across GPS as needed. The role will require the ability to communicate with senior leaders across the organization on status of projects / KPIs and dig into data to find trends that may not be easily visible. You will be responsible for tracking highly visible KPIs and escalating appropriately if we aren’t meeting our department's metrics. There will also be the opportunity to work on strategic support projects that directly impact the supplier experience globally for Wayfair’s 20k+ suppliers. The GPS space at Wayfair is rapidly changing so candidates must be comfortable with change and influencing others in that change.
