Responsibilities

- Data & Automation Mastery:
- Implement data quality processes that demonstrably reduce data errors and improve data accuracy in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Develop and automate workflows in HubSpot that lead to measurable efficiency gains.
- Successfully adapt marketing operations strategies for new markets.
- Campaign Optimization Champion:
- Contribute to data collection efforts that enrich contact profiles with valuable information, leading to a quantifiable increase in contact quality scores.
- Manage data integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, demonstrably reducing data inconsistencies.
- Build automated workflows in HubSpot that improve internal process efficiencies.
- Growth Strategy Contributor:
- Collaborate with product content marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure marketing operations effectively support overall business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Zeta's growth strategy by ensuring clean data fuels successful marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on key marketing operations metrics to demonstrate the team’s impact on Zeta's growth in the B2B marketing landscape.

- Partner with marketing leadership to identify data quality improvement opportunities and implement solutions to ensure clean and accurate data across HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Design and build automated workflows in HubSpot to streamline key marketing tasks (e.g., lead nurturing sequences, data cleansing processes, email marketing campaigns).
- Collaborate with the IT team (if applicable) to set up and maintain data integrations between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Marketing Operations Strategist:
- Analyze marketing operations processes and identify areas for improvement, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adapt existing marketing operations strategies for the new India market, considering any data privacy regulations and cultural nuances.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for marketing operations processes to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer within the team.
- Data-Driven Collaboration:
- Oversee data collection from various sources (Sherlock, manual research) and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enrich contact and account profiles.
- Regularly analyze marketing operations data to identify trends and insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, leadership) to ensure marketing operations effectively support overall business objectives.
