We are looking to hire for Senior Associates for two teams: Simple Transfers and Complex Transfers
The Senior Associate for Manual Transfers will focus on the technical and analytical aspects of manual transfer processes. As an SME in manual transfers, the Senior Associate will collaborate with the team to build queries, generate insights, and help streamline operations. A strong foundation in SQL, a deep understanding of transfer processes, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an SME for Manual Transfers, providing technical expertise and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze transfer data using SQL to generate reports, insights, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Work closely with Team Leads and management to identify inefficiencies in the transfer process and develop data-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain queries to track key metrics related to transfers, such as completion rates, failure rates, and transfer turnaround times.
- Provide technical troubleshooting for manual transfer issues, collaborating with other teams as needed to resolve complex cases.
- Assist in the development and refinement of operational processes, focusing on minimizing errors and improving client experience.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing transfer-related insights and ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
- Mentor junior team members and help develop their technical skills related to manual transfers and data analysis.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in transfers or a similar operational role.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for building queries and generating insights.
- Experience with both Simple and Complex Manual Transfers is preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
