The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Legal Operations to help optimize legal processes, drive efficiency, and support technology adoption within our legal function. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to streamline contract management, improve workflows, and implement best practices. 

This role involves working within a legal tech stack that includes Ironclad, Salesforce, and Google Suite, supporting process automation and data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do

  • Deal Support: Collaborate with the sales teams to facilitate contract negotiations, ensuring compliant and efficient contract execution.

  • Legal Operations Management: Optimize legal department workflows, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Build and manage CLM workflows, manage contract templates, maintain records, and ensure adherence to internal policies.

  • Technology & Tools: Implement and manage legal technology solutions, including Ironclad for contract management and automation tools.

  • Data & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide insights into legal operations performance.

  • Process Improvement: Identify operational efficiencies and introduce best practices to enhance the legal department’s capabilities.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, IT, HR, and product teams to align legal operations with business objectives.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience working in a legal operations, paralegal or contract management role, preferably within an international technology, SaaS, or digital insights company.

  • Experience from working with Ironclad as a CLM is required (Or similar level Contract Management Software).

  • Experience from working with Salesforce is beneficial but not required.

  • Strong understanding of legal department workflows and tools, including contract lifecycle management with experience in implementing and managing legal technology solutions.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You are inquisitive and challenge the effectiveness of current processes and procedures, constantly seeking ways to improve.
