About the Role

As a Senior Associate / Manager, you will play a hands-on role in scaling operational excellence and driving product innovation for our Hedge Fund client base. You will have direct exposure to Hedge Fund traders and analysts.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Insights, you will be responsible for the seamless delivery of our products, ensuring that our content meets the high-velocity demands of public market investors. You will bridge the gap between our expert recruitment teams and our product vision, leading the charge on developing new insight formats that deliver custom research and ultimately alpha to our public market clients.

What you will do

1. Strategy and Product Innovation

• Commercial, Product Strategy and Delivery: Define the strategy (commercial and product) and guarantee delivery  of high-frequency data products, such as quantitative channel checks, supply chain monitoring, and sentiment trackers that provide Hedge Funds with real-time market signals. 
• Tech-Enabled Innovation: Lead initiatives to incorporate advanced technologies and innovative solutions into our product suite, such as leveraging AI to synthesize expert interviews into rapid-consumption formats for traders.
• New Product Development and Delivery: Collaborate with product teams to enhance our custom research offering based on client needs and market trends, ensuring we are first-to-market with insights on volatile tickers or market events

2. Content Operations & Delivery

• Operational Excellence: Develop and implement efficient operational processes to ensure the seamless delivery of insights. You will identify bottlenecks in how we source and package data to match the speed of the public markets.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. You will implement quality control measures to ensure survey data reliability and compliance safety.
• Supply-Side Enablement: Work with our expert recruitment teams to build specific expert pools relevant to liquid markets (e.g., distributors, buyers, and competitors for channel check surveys).

3. Commercial Support & Strategy

• Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts, arming them with unique channel check data and proprietary content to pitch to Analysts and Portfolio Managers.
• Growth Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing client accounts, recommending tailored solutions like recurring survey trackers.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth and success of our products.

4. Team Coordination & Leadership

• Culture: Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment, encouraging team members to achieve their full potential.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and client teams to optimize delivery of work products.

What we are looking for

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in consulting or financial services. Specific experience in Equity Research, Hedge Funds, or building primary research products (Surveys/Channel Checks) is highly preferred.
• Innovation Mindset: A builder who can take a concept (e.g., "we need a semiconductor channel check") and turn it into a scalable product.
