We’re looking for a highly driven, curious finance professional to join our Strategic Finance team and help run our Corporate FP&A activities. The person in this role will assist with scaling our core financial activities, including ongoing strategic planning initiatives, Opex budgeting, cash forecasting, and weekly/monthly variance analyses. You will own our financial forecast model and maintain a metric-driven approach to monitoring company performance as we continue to scale rapidly. You will partner closely with the CFO and Head of FP&A on developing the monthly narrative of the business to help keep our leadership team informed of our financial performance. 


Some challenges you'll tackle

  • Deliver monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting of key business and financial metrics to leadership

  • Support ongoing strategic planning, including maintaining the company’s financial model and owning Opex, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting

  • Maintain financial systems and processes (Cube Software, Google BQ) that deliver timely and accurate forecasts, financial planning consolidations, and tracking of key investments and performance metrics

  • Actively engage with leaders across the organization for software procurement, ensuring timely and cost-effective negotiation of upcoming contracts

  • Perform ad hoc analysis including, but not limited to, growth and profitability scenarios, volume and mix analysis, and sensitivity analysis across a broad spectrum of variables

  • Work closely with the Data Team to define metrics, automate reporting and unlock insights on business performance

You should have

  • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced FP&A / Strategic Finance role at a high-growth technology company. 

  • Excitement to help scale the Corporate FP&A function in a rapidly growing business 

  • Highly proficient in Excel / Sheets with strong modeling skills and attention to detail. Intermediate SQL knowledge is strongly preferred

  • Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization, juggle multiple priorities, and drive toward action

  • An innate curiosity and ability to seamlessly move from intricate details to big picture, proactively developing a point of view on problems or challenges as they surface 

  • Nimble mindset - our business is growing and evolving quickly, you’ll need to as well

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Compensation Package $125,000 - $140,000 USD Base Salary + Pre-IPO Stock Options
