As Business Finance Manager, you will be one among the 50+ professionals working in domains such as Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management and Taxation. The team consists of Chartered Accountants, Business experts and Engineers, who have previously worked for internationally renowned organizations.

About the Role
As Senior Executive – Finance, you are going to be involved in extensive coordination with internal and external stakeholders for managing the receivables charter.
You’ll be working with a team of finance and business rockstars who are obsessed with delivering best-in-class experience to all our stakeholders. You’ll also assist in automation to improve workflow efficiencies leading to enhanced accuracy.
What you will do
- Monitoring and reconciliation of COD Receipts and PG Receipts.
- Work closely with the Operations team for raising as well as closure of AR related disputes.
- Strengthen our revenue collection process and work with external partners (logistic partner, payment gateways etc) to fix gaps, if any.
- Ensuring 3-way reconciliation between Revenue vs Collection vs agreed SLA’s.
- Assist in other analysis/reports as may be required by Management from time to time.
What you will need
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA from Tier 3/ Tier 4 colleges with overall experience of 2+ years.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders.
- Prior Work Experience in E-Commerce industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
