1.Responsible for Collation of information for Balance Sheet Governance and Day to day delivery of Balance sheet control tasks 2 Has adequate process knowledge and able to connect / understand the risks in the existing operations and apply existing process knowledge to analyse the impact on overall financial with the ability to identify financial risks while defining new operations. 3. Work with cross functional teams to mitigate risk and take steps to avoid recurrence of the issue. 4. Lead the delivery of external audit and support finance teams for challenges if any during the audit. Handle the expectations between the Audit team as well as the BU. 5. Team Spirit and Leadership Behaviours exhibited 6. Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence 7. Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco processes 8. Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques. 9.
