About the Team
The Experience - Trust & Safety team works towards making the Meesho platform safe and secure from all kinds of frauds and abuses. We work extensively with data to identify newer frauds, fraudulent entities and build solutions to make the platform safer for customers/suppliers. Apart from data, we engage with all teams across the platform to identify vulnerabilities and build world-class systems and processes. This team also has representation from members of Business, Product, Tech and legal. We are passionate, energetic individuals and moving at 10x speed is where we excel. About the Role
As Senior Associate Experience - Trust & Safety , you’ll be responsible for reducing the identified frauds on the platform as well as proactively discovering more problem areas through extensive data analysis which are directly impacting platform experience. You will be responsible for identifying problems/gaps, setting up priorities and driving implementation/adherence in a cross-functional manner. In order to drive implementation and processes you’ll get the right mix of autonomy and guidance in terms of the processes you would want to set-up.
What you will do
- Analyze internal and external data sources to identify frauds and build structural and watertight solutions to reduce risk on the network.
- Benchmark industry wide best practices to improve overall platform experience for all stakeholders
- Spearhead business process improvements to positively affect operational efficiencies
- Own the operational metrics associated with programs.
- Identify potential points of continuous improvement to fill in existing process gaps
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 2-4 years of work experience in start-ups/consumer internet companies/management consulting/operations
- Strong data-driven mindset to solve problems
- Proven ability to form points of view on business implications
- Proven track record of defining and driving initiatives with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Excel
- Good hold in SQL and Advance Excel
- Expertise in multi-front stakeholder management
