WisdomTree is seeking Senior Associates to be based in our NYC Headquarters. The ideal candidate should be intrinsically motivated, possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a highly competitive and goal-oriented environment.
Success in this role would be demonstrated by:
- Meeting or exceeding a $500,000 run-rate revenue target in sales across ETFs and ETF Model Portfolios.
- Initiating and maintaining relationships with assigned Broker-Dealers and RIAs in a virtual environment (no travel).
- Knowledge of ETF users and larger growing firms within the territory.
- Delivering an engagement strategy that includes value-added resources, research, data, and due diligence materials throughout the sales cycle.
Experience & Required Skill Set
- 3-7 years of experience in the financial services industry, with demonstrated sales success specializing in ETFs, mutual funds, or separate accounts.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to succeed in a challenging and fast-paced team environment; a team player who actively participates in team initiatives.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and Power BI.
- Strong character references and a clean compliance record.
Certifications:
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses in good standing.
- BS/BA required; a business-related degree preferred.
- Additional advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
