Senior ASO Manager

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for a Senior App Store Optimization Manager to join the World of Tanks Blitz Marketing Team to deal with the full cycle of text and graphic optimization of our game in stores.

• Stores: App Store, Google play, Windows App Store, Mac App Store, Steam, My Nintendo Store.

What will you do?

• Analyze of competitors' ASO strategies;

• Improve WoTB position in stores, organic traffic volume increase, conversion increase;

• Collect and optimize the semantic core in various languages;

• Development and A/B testing of metadata and creative concepts for the game page in stores (description, icon, screenshots, video) for all localizations, taking into account regional specifics;

• Analysis of the effectiveness of the ASO-works carried out, the experiments carried out and their consistent iterative improvement;

• Report on the results and work plans;

• Interact with the content team and creative team, developing TOR to prepare description, what’s new, icons, screenshots, etc.

• Interact with the UA team to increase the conversion of paid traffic;

• Create and test custom product pages.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years experience in ASO;

• Experience in GameDev at least 1 year;

• Knowledge of main tools (AsoDesk, data,ai, etc.) and understanding of key performance indicators in the App Store Connect, Google Play Console and analytics systems;

• Understanding of search algorithms in the App Store and Google Play as well as in Windows App Store, Mac App Store, Steam, My Nintendo Store;

• Upper Intermediate or higher English language skills.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Passion for mobile/ computer games; knowledge of Wargaming titles;

• Russian language skills will be an advantage.
