- Have a solid understanding of production processes and work with (and support) our in-house production team to actuate shoots that are achievable and within agreed budgets.
- Work with the Creative Brand Director and Head of Copy to build upon visual direction for launch and activation strategies and create content that is identifiably Trinny London.
- Create mood/story boards for shoots, guide and brief on styling and hair direction, and present within pre-production decks that detail the required outcomes.
- Work with the production team to identify models that have a Trinny London look, and facilitate sign off for casting.
- Take into consideration the application of imagery across all brand collateral in both print and digital, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, pop-ups/events, logos and packaging .
- Manage the delivery of still imagery through from collection after shoots, the post production process, from selects management through to retouching, colour approval rounds and representation with the product team and export and sharing with the wider business.
- Foster an environment of multidisciplinary collaboration, innovation and creative problem-solving.
- Understand and respond to customer data, in response to imagery. Steering the strategy of future creative directions for shoots with this in mind.
- Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, filmmakers, models/influencers and designers
- Closely collaborate with production, capture team, post production teams (editors and designers), product marketing, editorial, paid marketing, PR, ecommerce and other associated teams
