Your mission
As the Senior Art Director / Brand Design Manager (m/f/x) at sevDesk, you will play a dual role - leading our Brand Design team to new heights and actively engaging in high-level strategic design projects. This position is not just about managing; it's about being hands-on in shaping sevdesk as the premier brand in the tax and accounting industry. You will be at the heart of sevdesk's design-centric approach, driving our brand identity forward and ensuring that design remains at the core of everything we do.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
- Lead and grow our Brand Design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Develop and maintain sevDesk’s core visual identity across web, emails, social channels, and Out-of-Home (OoH) advertising, integrating the latest web design best practices and robust brand identity elements.
- Collaborate with Marketing leaders, including the Head of Brand Marketing and Head of CRO, to create and implement innovative brand and marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Manage and mentor a team of talented Brand, Motion, and Web Designers, while also contributing to high-level brand design projects.
- Craft corporate identity guidelines and ensure consistent, compelling, and on-brand design across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Drive the execution of top-notch campaigns, maintaining a fast-paced work environment.
Your Qualification:
- You have a minimum of 6 years experience in Brand Design and made first experiences in a leadership position
- A compelling portfolio showcasing elegant, unique solutions, and an iterative design process.
- Experience in leading and mentoring other designers
- Expertise in working with Brand Guidelines and managing branding and rebranding projects.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in both German (B2) and English, with a talent for leading teams and solving complex problems creatively.
