ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer with experience on Marketing Attribution Models to help scale our business and sustain Trade Republic hyper growth. This person will be part of Lifecycle, a department of 55 superstars ranging from product, engineering, data, design and operations distributed across 4 teams and responsible for helping users discover Trade Republic, onboard into the application and maximise value along their journey. 

 

This person will report directly to the head of Lifecycle and will work next to another Senior Analytics Engineer and stakeholders from the Paid Marketing team to develop, implement and maintain a Multi Attribution Model and other solutions to maximise user acquisition while optimising marketing spend, revenues and payback period. 

 

Please note that this position is based in Berlin, Germany - relocation support is provided if required.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Develop, implement, and maintain marketing attribution models to accurately assign value to various marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, marketing mix models and other experimentation methodologies to optimise marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Create and automate data pipelines to ensure the timely and accurate collection, processing, and reporting of marketing data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise marketing performance and experiment results for stakeholders.

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, with a focus on marketing analytics, attribution and experimentation
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models (e.g., multi-touch, last-click, first-click) and experimentation techniques (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing) and hands-on experience with attribution data providers (e.g., Adjust)
  • High proficiency in statistical programming, Python preferred and experienced in engineering data pipelines and orchestrating workflows (e.g. Airflow, Metaflow).
  • Ability to lead projects end-to-end independently
