Senior Analyst, USTDA FTE

Exiger Government Solutions (EGS) is in search of an experienced and balanced candidate who can operate effectively in both analysis and client management. This role will initially be tasked with building the due diligence research and analysis program for one of Exiger’s U.S. Government clients, and will be focused on international trade, import/export issues, and domestic and international critical infrastructure topics.  The candidate must be passionate about research, analysis, and delivering timely and accurate assessments of third-party and supply chain risk for government and defense industrial base clients. Additionally, this role is client facing, so it is critical that you ensure customers are successful in their unique mission and to grow Exiger by providing value to your customers and peers.

What You’ll do:

  • Gather, synthesize, and analyze information pertaining to international trade, import/export, sanctions, critical infrastructure, foreign delegations, and training missions as it relates to Exiger’s seven pillars of risk, and other relevant areas in support of assigned client accounts.
  • Explore new data sources, create effective queries, and consolidate information from various sources to provide the client with a comprehensive understanding of their mission environment.
  • Onboard new users and brief them on all the capabilities we can provide.
  • Imagine new ways to apply the technology based on their mission and work with the internal team to test and roll out.
  • Advise your customers on how best to utilize the software and tools they’ve purchased.
  • Translate your customers’ needs and mission into products Exiger can offer and confidently propose those ideas to the customer.
  • Ask how your customers are doing and get to know them on a personal level when appropriate.
  • Analyze data in Exiger to make informed recommendations to each customer based on their value drivers.
  • Utilize Exiger’s artificial intelligence document review platform to perform information searches and identify potential adverse information.
  • Develop an expert knowledge of the client’s priorities and advocate for the company while maintaining strong client and internal relationships.
  • Prepare presentations and quantitative exhibits to communicate project scope and findings.
  • Assess the accuracy of information collected by Exiger’s artificial intelligence document review platform.
  • Work independently to fulfill mission requirements with minimal guidance.
  • Multitask effectively and collaborate within diverse teams.
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude with clients.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or background in a software, technology, political science, or national security related field.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills for briefing complex analytical matters to various audiences.
  • Advanced writing and editing abilities
  • Demonstrates the ability to give confident and informative presentations in person and remotely.
  • Meticulously organized, detail oriented, and maintain detailed and accurate records.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, resources, and tasks
  • Analytical mindset used to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make decisions or informed recommendations to customers
  • Extensive experience using analytical research and industry tools for data management and analysis.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills- particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate-level skills in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, etc., as well as proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Ability to draw high-level assessments from research and data.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and master the tools relevant to Exiger’s capabilities.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
