About the role/team
As a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will play a crucial role in shaping marketing strategies and driving impactful business outcomes across our revenue organization, including marketing, channel, alliances, industry, sales, and customer success teams. We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in building and optimizing automated, sustainable marketing infrastructure. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive significant annual revenue growth through data-driven insights. You will report to the Sr Manager of Revenue Analytics, Revenue Operations.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue team leaders to develop high-quality reporting solutions that foster a data-driven culture of accountability and transparency.
  • Design and implement standardized reporting solutions to support marketing operations in evaluating the effectiveness of their activities and outcomes.
  • Automate routine reporting tasks to enhance visibility and empower the Revenue Operations team, ensuring consistent, valuable insights.
  • Establish and refine marketing performance metrics, with a focus on attribution, account-based marketing (ABM), and demand generation, to guide strategic decisions as we expand our marketing channels.
  • Lead the customer acquisition forecasting function within Revenue Operations, working closely with Finance to monitor and assess performance against targets.
  • Partner with Business Systems teams to ensure that new processes and automation updates enhance overall data quality and improve marketing analytics.

What you bring

  • 7+ years of related experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence
  • 5+ years experience working with Marketing and Sales teams and a solid understanding of typical GTM metrics
  • Ability to translate business processes and data into analytics solutions.
  • Expert level SQL proficiency as well as familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or comparable marketing automation tools) and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Strong background in dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and understand the “need behind the request”
  • Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies and working with Business Systems and Engineering teams to fix upstream data issues
  • Strong curiosity to figure out how things work and create order from chaos
  • A tough yet positive attitude; you have a keen eye for what is working well and what needs improvement

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The base salary range for this role is  $153,650 to $180,765 in San Francisco, CA.
