Senior Analyst

  • Create assets that tell the story of our products across digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online ads.
  • Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to create engaging digital experiences that align with the brand's identity and resonate with target audiences.
  • Design and produce a wide range of digital materials, including but not limited to: website and social media graphics, animated email templates, infographics, digital ads and more. Manage their assigned projects as needed to maintain a high level of efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with latest design trends, industry developments to ensure the company's visual assets remain fresh, modern and relevant.
  • Maintain a well-organized file system and archive of design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future reference or modifications.
  • Take a proactive approach to project challenges in terms of design needs, working to predict and mitigate roadblocks.
  • Develop templates and efficiencies for commonly produced artwork
  • Design solutions that adhere to established brand guidelines
  • Complete responsibilities in a professional manner, always with the company's mission and goals in mind

 

  • Bachelors degree in digital art, graphic design, visual communications, marketing or related field required or equivalent of years of experience
  • Digital design experience is a must
  • 3-5 years of experience in a design role at a creative agency, design firm, or in-house creative team
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Lightroom)
  • Experience bringing ideas to life with high-quality comps using creative software and other tools.
  • Experience developing concepts and designing to strategy.
  • Concept and create campaigns across multiple digital and print mediums, including mobile, website, TV, digital marketing and video
  • Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with copywriters, marketers & departmental stakeholders.
  • Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention-to-detail.
  • Skilled in project prioritization.
  • MacOS experience preferred.
  • Amenable to work from 5:00AM-2:00PM, Tuesday-Saturday
