Senior Analyst - Global Security Command Centre

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Senior Analyst to join our Global Security Command Centre team. As an Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in monitoring and responding to security incidents, ensuring the safety of our global assets, personnel, and facilities. This position requires strong attention to detail, quick decision-making, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor security systems, CCTV cameras, access control systems, and other technologies to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time.
  • Promptly assess and escalate security threats, emergencies, and incidents to the appropriate personnel and teams.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures to manage security incidents, coordinating with on-site personnel, law enforcement, and third-party vendors as needed.
  • Document all incidents, actions taken, and outcomes in a detailed and accurate manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and external partners to provide updates on ongoing incidents and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Assist in conducting regular security checks of facilities and equipment, identifying and reporting any anomalies or vulnerabilities and participate in all security audits.
  • Participate in training programs to maintain and enhance knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and technology updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review security processes and recommend improvements based on observed trends and incident analyses.
  • Support the Shift Lead and other team members in various tasks related to security operations.
  • Stay informed about global security trends, emerging threats, and best practices in security management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, surveillance, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during extended monitoring periods.
  • Proficiency in using security technology, including CCTV, access control systems, and incident management software.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and concise reporting.
  • Good knowledge of MS office, Power BI, Lenel etc. will be an advantage.
  • Quick decision-making abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
