Wayfair Professional’s Business to Business Sales (“B2B”) and Business to Consumer (“B2C”) team is seeking a collaborative, analytical-oriented Senior Analyst to help drive the Inbound sales channel agenda. The role will be a part of the Global Revenue Operations team that will help craft and execute strategy across global agent teams, in a highly cross functional role, partnering with Sales, Analytics, Marketing and on and off-shore partners.
Partnering with Sales Leaders and internal stakeholders, the Senior Analyst will optimize the sales process to consistently exceed sales targets, and improve customer experience. This includes proactively partnering with Sales and Analytics teams to monitor performance, create action plans to improve performance, and execute medium/long-term program and channel-level project initiatives that improve customer and seller/agent experience and optimize workflows. Focusing on improving Top of Funnel sales performance, this role will also ensure that we are effectively bringing customers into the Wayfair Professional Programme, setting them up for long term success.
